Symptoms
Extreme Control logs indicate "NO ACCESS" has been provided to users for RADIUS management login when access has been provided

Cause
Extreme Control is incorrectly identifying the management level that has been provided. The correct attributes are sent to the switch to provide the correct level of access, but the log indicates "NO ACCESS"
Resolution
The issue is a reporting issue that has no negative impact on the network so no fix is necessary.

Fix to remedy the incorrect log entry is currently under development by Engineering.
