Symptoms
ExtremeWireless Cloud Access Points AP3965-FCC are not upgrading to the latest firmware.
Environment
  • ExtremeWireless Cloud Access Points
  • AP3965i-FCC
  • Cloud firmware 3.11.01
Cause
A misconfiguration in the Cloud system management for the AP3965i-FCC caused the upgrade requests to get dropped.
Resolution
The issue has been fixed in the EXTR system configuration. Please reboot the AP3965i-FCC to start the download process.
