Symptoms
ExtremeCloud IQ: Adding a device's Serial Number to a Case creates additional information windows.
Environment
ExtremeCloud IQ
Cause
The Serial Numbers are not tied to any Active Contract in the Salesforce database.
Resolution
  • Run through all of the customer's devices and ensure they are in our database.
  • Ensure the devices are attached to a valid and Active Contract.
  • Reach out to a GTAC representative, or the local Sales Team, to get assistance in tying the end customer assets to the true account in our Salesforce database.
