Cause
When mlag is enabled, all ports go into software learning mode.

On deleting mlag peer all ports go back into hardware learning mode.
Portsharing member ports (LAG) are still in software learning mode in the fabric hardware settings.


result: entries are not learned by Hardware and not by software mode.  Traffic will be slow-path forwarded.
Resolution
 
  • Resolution pending.
  • The current best solution is to use the workarounds to correct this condition.
  1. reboot or
  2. enable and then disable a limit learning on the port.
