High HAL CPU utilization on Summit X460 stack (1st generation)
Normal load on switch
No evidence of other problem (Stacking, stack ports, et cetera)
Summit X460/X440 (1st generation)
Bootrom prior to 184.108.40.206
Hyperthreading for the Summit X460/X440 CPU was not introduced until Bootrom 220.127.116.11.
In stacks where the master switch runs a bootrom prior to 18.104.22.168, normal operation of the switch can drive the HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) process high during normal learning, leading to CLI sluggishness.
