HiveManager Classic on premise
Cause
Set up for DNS 1.1.1.1
Resolution
Change the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8

If changing back the DNS settings is not solving the issue, please contact Extreme Networks Technical Support Representative and ask for key initialization
