Symptoms
  • Slow ExtremeWireless GUI response to Report generation and moving between configuration pages.
  • Reports slow or fail to load in ExtremeManagement.
Environment
  • ExtremeWireless appliances C-5210
  • All Access Points
  • firmware 10.31.03.0012
Cause
The ExtremeWireless appliances were not removing roamed user sessions in a timely manner, reporting calls for client sessions already removed or in a different location.
Resolution
Please upgrade to 10.31.05 or higher.
