Symptoms
  • AP stops responding for management via GUI
  • AP stops transmitting wireless signal
  • The AP prints "JFFS2 error: (374) jffs2_get_inode_nodes: can not read 964 bytes from 0x0020ac3c, error code: -5." during boot up process. 
  • The boot process may display message similar to the following:
