Symptoms
Link not coming up while using Base T SFP in X620 with stacking enabled with the following errors.

Environment
Summit X620 stack
While using 1000 Base T SFP
Cause
In x620 platform links not come up while using BASE T SFP with stacking enabled
This is identified as a bug and the CR xos0065920 is created to fix this problem.
Resolution
The fix is available in the version 21.1.3. Upgrade the stack to the fix to avoid this problem.
Please refer the release notes to confirm if the fix is available for the mentioned CR.
