Symptoms
  • After administratively disabling the ISC VLAN on an MLAG switch, Tx-Hello Errors counters in "show mlag peer" output start increment.
Environment
  • EXOS 22.2
  • Summit all
Cause
Resolution
  • This seems like a logical behavior, but this behavior in EXOS 22.2 is different than in EXOS 22.1 version. The MLAG Peer Tx-Hello Error Counters are not incremented in EXOS 21.x version.
  • With the same test in 22.1, the Tx-Hellos counter increments instead of Tx-Hello Errors.
