Symptoms
Attempting to back up NAC appliance in Inventory Manager fails with message "Cannot perform action with MIB type = UNKNOWN"
Environment
NetSight Inventory Manager 6.3.x
Cause
NAC is not part of Inventory Manager's archives. It does not have SNMP MIB support.

 
Resolution
Archives for NetSight, NAC, and Purview are part of the NetSight database and may be backed up using the NetSight database backup functions.
