New AP does not connect to controller even with SLP option 78 or DNS entry for controller.

AP was mistakenly ordered as a cloud solution rather than a controller based unit. Once the AP get's it's IP address and has the ability to connect to the internet it connect's to the cloud and SSH is disabled. Customer will get a failure message saying it has been rejected or refused.
GTAC will have to access cloud portal and use customer name along with AP serial to find the unit and enable SSH so the AP can be manually configured to connect to the controller.
