TitleNot seeing port names in NetSight Compass search for XOS
Symptoms
Compass search for X440 stack does not display the port name (i.e. ge.1.3) in the Port Name column
Environment
  • NetSight
  • SecureStack
Cause
Node/Alias learning was not enabled on the ports for the switch stack.  
Resolution
Enable Node Alias from the switch CLI by executing the command "enable nodealias ports all"
