Symptoms
When following this steps, the reports are not being generated, and the NSiGHT is generating a crash. This issue happens in any firmware below 5.9.0

1.Login to Nsight server
2.Go to reports
3.Go to Report Builder
4. Created a new template
5.Selected Utilization objects and added all the 13 objects from it to that template
6.Used all the filters of 13 objects of Utilization
7.Scheduled the report by selecting the template which was created in above steps.
8.Deleted the older generated reports.
9.Scheduled Report did not get generated, Multiple crashes were seen.
10.If I use the same template and try to schedule a report, Save it so that it could run at the given time but it does not get generated.

  • WirelessWiNG Acess Points
  • WiNG v5.X Software
  • NSiGHT
Cause
Report code has a minor error causing the report to fail.
Resolution
Fixed on 5.9.0 firmware release.
