When a Virtual Ethernet (VE) interface is associated with a VLAN, it will use thelowest bandwidth of all member ports inthat VLAN. In the case of a LAG, it will use the lowest speed of any one of the member ports. e.g. The VLAN is tagged on two LAGs. The first is made up of two, 10G links, and the second is made up of two, 1G links. OSPF will calculate the cost to be based off of the 1G link. (reference bandwidth)/1G.
