TitleOneView doesn't show connection between switch and AP
Symptoms
In the AP Port View within OneView the switch the AP is connected to is not shown.
Environment
  • NetSight
  • IdentiFi Wireless
  • OneView
Cause
The wireless AP is not authenticated
Resolution
Authentication will need to be setup on the port that the AP is connected to so that NAC can gather that information. Once NAC sees that AP in the End-Systems along with the switch/port then this information would be presented in that view.
