Environment
  • VDX 6940
  • NOS 6.0.2c 
Cause
The PIB error causes the switch to be faulted, this was due to DEFECT000651945
Resolution
Workaround : Reload the switch to recover

Resolution:
It is recommended to upgrade to NOS 6.0.2g or later for mitigation of this issue.
