The "Sticky" parameter is needed for Portal Authentication and causes 1 controller to talk to 1 RADIUS Server

  1. If "Portal Authentication" is being used - then you NEED "Sticky"
  2. If you are NOT using a portal on the controller, you can remove the commands.
