Symptoms
SNMP traps for Configuration change or save are not being sent in EXOS. With cfgMgmtConfigSaveTrapEnable and cfgMgmtConfigChangeTrapEnable traps enabled, then making a config change and save, no trap is sent. Other traps are working as expected.

The following MIB views for cfgMgmtConfigSaveTrap and cfgMgmtConfigChangeTrap have been added to SNMP configuration:
configure snmpv3 add mib-view "defaultNotifyView" subtree 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.10.0.1 type included
configure snmpv3 add mib-view "defaultNotifyView" subtree 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.10.0.2 type included

OIDs have a SET value of (1) for 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.11.1.0 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.1916.1.42.11.2.0 (cfgMgmtConfigSaveTrapEnable and cfgMgmtConfigChangeTrapEnable)

Additionally, some EXOS version generate the following messages when attempting to save:

Environment
EXOS
Cause
The trap is not being sent due to CR xos0057212.
Resolution
xos0057212 is currently assigned and will be fixed in an upcoming release of EXOS 22.1.1, 21.1.2, 16.1.3, and 16.2.2.

The CR will be included in the Release Notes of the fixed EXOS release.
