Cause
The reset  was due to the system running out of memory. This event can happen when using both Super and read-write users. Not including any other resources being used at the same time. The switch needs to allocate the cli tree for the class of user, this caused the system to run out of memory.
Resolution
If BOTH of the messages are exact then the Issue is addressed with Firmware 06.61.15.0003. 
Description from 06.61.15.0003 release notes: 
Corrected a reset caused by the lack of the memory necessary to support multiple simultaneous user accounts.
