TitleSome devices modeled in Extreme Management Center missing Boot PROM, Base MAC and Serial Number
Symptoms
Some devices are not displaying all information under the Network > Devices tab.
Environment
Extreme Management Center
Cause
When the device was added that missing information was not read or incorrectly read in from the devices.
Resolution
1. Open Extreme Management Center. 
2. Change  to the Network > Devices tab. 
3. Right click on the device a problem device and select Device > Refresh (rediscover)
