Please contact Extreme Networks GTAC for troubleshooting if you see these error messages on the following model switches:
- Summit X450e
- Summit X450a
- Summit X250e
Try booting the switch with the different image for Summit X440 and X670-G2:
If the above steps prove unsuccessful, see the following articles below and choose one depending on the platform for the steps for installing a recovery image from Bootrom. Please note that this will erase all data on the switch:
- Reboot the switch by unplugging the power and plugging it back.
- Press and hold the spacebar when prompted to enter the BOOTROM.
- Select the image that is currently not used type the command "boot 1" or "boot 2." The "show image" command will display the default image.
