Symptoms
  • Switch does not power on with known good power source.
  • No lights
  • No sound
  • No console output
Environment
  • Summit All
  • EAS All
Cause
Faulty Power Supply
Resolution
Please try the following:
  1. Another known good power cable.
  2. Plug the switch into a known good outlet
  3. If the switch has a hot-swappable PSU, try another PSU into the affected switch and/or test the PSU in another switch of similar model. 
If the above steps prove unsuccessful, please contact Extreme networks GTAC for help identifying the defective part(s).
