When the EEPROM objects are being either inserted or updated in the EEPROM, the lower byte of address offset is written accidentally in place of data byte causing EEPROM corruption. This malfunction is possible if the CPU is interrupted while writing the data to EEPROM and hence the problem is random in nature.
