Cause
Summit switch does not load firmware into nvram
Resolution
Try booting the switch with the different image:
  1. Reboot the switch by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
  2. Press and hold the spacebar when prompted to enter the BOOTROM.
  3. Select the image that is currently not used and type the command "boot 1" or "boot 2." The "show image" command will display the default image.
