  • IdentiFi Wireless
  • Two controllers in an availability pair.
  • Any Firmware
Cause
Under AP > Mobile stations > Whitelist/Blacklist on the controller "Allow MAC only if on the MAC address list " Radio button was selected. there were no MAC addresses in the list so nobody was allowed to connect to the AP.
Resolution
Configure the Whitelist/Blacklist for the desired behaviour.
