TitleV2110 Controller Showing Error When Booting
Symptoms
Virtual controller will not boot
Error "mounting fs with errors" when booting
AP's failed over to back-up controller
Environment
IdentiFi Wireless
V2110
Cause
VSphere corruption unable to mount or load Controller
Resolution
  1. Open vSphere client
  2. Shutdown the controller
  3. Right-click on the controller in the left pane
  4. Select "Edit Settings..."
  5. New window will appear
  6. Under Hardware tab and Hardware column, select "SCSI controller 0"
  7. In the upper-right corner, click on "Change Type..." button
  8. New window will open
  9. From "SCSI Controller Type", Click "VMware Paravirtual" radio button
  10. Click OK
  11. Click OK
  12. Click to "Power on the virtual machine" link
