Cause
  • Customer blocked some communication protocols for security reasons
  • AP tries to upgrade but process fails and AP reboots
Resolution
1. Upgrade process has to be stopped - You have to tell the AP to look for Bogus IPs for controllers

2. Manually locally upgrade APs
image_upgrade <AP_Image> <TFTPServer_IP> 
image_upgrade AP3600-09.21.13.0005.img 192.168.11.11

3. Tell APs where the controllers are after the upgrade.

cset authipAddr 2 199.167.121.56
