TitleVX9000 not able to access NSiGHT after upgrade to any version equal or higher than 5.9.4.x
Symptoms
Once you perform the upgrade to any version higher than 5.9.4 (this one included) in an adopting VX9000 controller running the NSiGHT server,UI NSiGHT option to open the server is not available. Also, if you try the url https://serverIPaddress/nsight-ui is not working.

  • WiNG v5.9.4.x Software
  • WiNG v5.9.3.x Software
Cause
As per the 5.9.4 release notes:

Resolution
If NSiGHT server running on that appliance needs to be recovered, the best option is to revert the downgrade to the previous running firmware version until a new standalone NSiGHT image is deployed in a new instance, then the upgrade to any version 5.9.4.X or higher, on the adopting VX9000, can be performed.
