Symptoms
  • AP3825I is not connecting to the IdentiFi Controller
  • AP3825I is not getting a DHCP address
  • AP3825I is unable to ping gateway or controller
  • Assigning static IP address, Gateway, and Controller IP allowed AP to connect 
  • Error in AP log showing that AP DHCP discovery failed 
  • Other AP's in same DHCP scope work
Environment
  • AP3825I 
  • Firmware All Version
  • DHCP
Cause
DHCP Server IP address pool was out of addresses. 
Resolution
Increase the size of DHCP server scope IP address pool
