"<Warn:DM.Warning> Error -11 writing Node Config to Flash" logs seen while saving configuration
Following logs seen while saving a EXOS switch configuration :
X450-G2# # show log <Warn:DM.Warning> Error -11 writing Node Config to Flash
Black Diamond 8810
This error message “Error -11 writing Node Config to Flash” will appear when there is a save already in-progress, and another process tries to update the configuration in flash. If this continues to happen it could be because the EEPROM is corrupted.
A NMS device could be causing these log messages by saving the configuration twice or doing a SNMP set during a save. Check the time of these logs to see if it's the same time the NMS backups your configuration.
If you get this log message after every save attempt when nothing else is saving, the EEPROM could be corrupted.
Correct the corrupted EEPROM.
