Following error messages being seen on client browser when it should be redirected to portal page:
You have reached this page because your browser sent an invalid request.
Please contact your network administrator for more information on configuring your system to be compatible with the authentication mechanism used on the wireless network.

  • All software versions
Cause
Appears to be a client issue with DNS / HTTP requests never leaving the device
Resolution
Clear browser cache from device
