This crash occurred frequently when an AoC QSFP28 cable is present in the switch due to i2c hang.
This issue involves ports 53, 61 and 69.
The problem is when continuously reading to the EEPROM of an AoC QSFP cable in port 69 on X690, the I2C bus hangs. It seems the problem is particular to the type of AoC cable. (Amphenol)
Although, the read/write I2C transfers could fail when an AoC cable is in any QSFP ports on X690, the I2C bus hangs only occurs when AoC cable is in the lower QSFP ports on the switch front panel, i.e. port 53, 61 and 69.
