Vulnerability Summary
The OpenSSL Security Advisory published January 28, 2016 (https://openssl.org/news/secadv/20160128.txt) outlines two vulnerabilities which will be documented in:
    CVE-2016-0701    DH small subgroups
    CVE-2015-3197   SSLv2 doesn't block disabled ciphers

NOTE: As of this writing, these CVEs are still undergoing analysis

Repair Recommendations
